 Frazier Nivens is a Emmy Award Winning photographer/videographer that has images published around the world. Frazier is a PADI Course Director and offers both the PADI Underwater Photography and Underwater Videography Specialty Diver and Instructor Courses with Capt. Slates Atlantis Dive Center. Both courses are three day programs and include your instruction, three days of diving with Frazier and hands on instruction with either rental equipment or your own.  The Professional Underwater Photography course consists of: 3- 1/2 days in the classroom covering the basics if you need them or Frazier will customize your course if you don't need the basics to include only advanced techniques, Close focus wide angle/macro/Photoshop techniques 3- 1/2 days on the water for a total of 6 dives Constructive critique after each dive and suggestions for improvement Final graduation certificate and either the PADI Underwater Photography Specialty Diver or Instructor certification* (For PADI Specialty Instructor certification call for details, additional requirements regarding this program).
The Professional Underwater Videography Course consists of: 2- 1/2 days of classroom instruction 6- Open Water Video Dives with Frazier 1/2 day of Introduction in video editing using the latest editing software, Final Cut Pro Studio/DVD Studio Pro and Imovie & IDVD 06. You will also edit your own dive video and output it to DVD during this course on one of Frazier's video editing stations in his 3-edit bay video suite.
