The IDC Staff Instructor Course allows you to staff Instructor Development Courses with a Course Director. It will also allow you to teach the PADI Assistant Instructor course, a responsibility only you and Course Directors can teach.
The course is conducted over the duration of the Instructor Development Course and you will learn how to present parts of the IDC Curriculum, develop evaluation and counseling skills and assist in instructor training.
Personal skills are also improved to demonstrate quality.
